Chalet Daim is a large 5-bedroom luxury chalet, sleeping up to 12 people only 300 metres from the main telecabine and village centre. The chalet has a very spacious open plan living area, kitchen and dining room with stunning views. The chalet is ideal for groups, or families with children. The chalet is available on a self catering basis for both summer and winter holidays. All rentals include high quality linen and towels, electricity and cleaning - so no hidden extras! There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a multi-media player with many films, dramas and comedies. There is also a music system into which you can plug your own iPod. There is also free high speed wireless internet. Off the lounge is a separate 'children's room' with Wii, controllers and lots of games, a TV, and DVD player. This room is great for entertaining the children, whilst the adults socialise in peace and quiet. The children's room can also be used an additional bedroom for larger groups, and has its own washroom. The dining area has a large oak table with seating for 12, with direct access to the kitchen. The main gondola lift station in La Tzoumaz is only a short 300m walk away. This also one of meeting places for the local highly recommended ski school. Location Chalet Daim is in La Tzoumaz village which is in the next door valley to Verbier & is part of the vast 4 Vallees ski area. Verbier is only a 6 minute gondola ride away from the centre of La Tzoumaz. Geneva Airport is 90 minutes away & Sion Airport is 25 minutes away. The chalets are available to rent all summer and are perfectly set amongst numerous footpaths, excellent mountain bike tracks (VTT - Vélo Toute Terrain) and nature trails. Nearby are some renowned golf courses and even glacier skiing! The brand new Télécabine operates July through August and carries bikes for free. During July and August we have put together a fantastic programme for mountain biking, offering maximum flexibility suitable for all abilities.
